Common installation issues and fixes

Android users may see a warning: "Unknown sources — this app may harm your device." This appears because the APK comes directly from rasa rather than the Google Play Store. This is normal and safe. To proceed, go to your phone's Settings, find Security or App permissions, and enable "Unknown sources" or "Install from unknown sources." Then retry the installation. Once installed, we recommend turning this setting back off for general security. If you see "Installation blocked" on newer Android versions (11+), check if your browser has permission to install apps — go to Settings → Apps → Default apps → Browser app, and enable the install permission.

iOS users may see "Cannot open page — the website is not responding." This usually means a temporary network issue. Refresh the page (swipe down and release) or close Safari completely and reopen it. If the issue persists, check your internet connection by opening another website. iOS does not cache rasa locally in the browser, so clearing your browser history will also clear your login session — we recommend staying logged in and using your browser bookmark to avoid repeated logins.

Data, permissions, and account security on rasa

When you install the rasa Android app, we request a few permissions: internet access (to connect to our servers), storage permission (to cache match data and your account summary offline), and notification permission (to send you alerts about Liga 1 matches and live-dealer table openings). You can grant or deny these in your phone's settings at any time. If you deny notification permission, you will simply not receive push alerts — your account and wagers will function normally. We do not access your contacts, camera, or microphone. We do not read your other apps or files. The browser version (iOS and desktop) requires no permissions beyond normal web browsing.

Your account data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest on our servers.
