When you create an account on rasa, you agree to the terms we set out below. These terms govern your use of our platform — covering account creation, deposits and withdrawals, gameplay, dispute resolution, and the rules that protect both you and rasa. We've written them in plain language so you understand exactly what you're agreeing to before you fund your account or engage with our sportsbook (Liga 1, Piala AFF, Piala Indonesia, Champions League), live-dealer tables, slot games, or esports markets.

Account closure

Dormancy

Accounts inactive for 12 months may be flagged for review. We will attempt to contact you. Extended inactivity may result in account closure and balance return.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraud, or breach applicable law. Upon termination, your balance is returned minus any outstanding liabilities.

If you used mobile banking, funds return to your local payment account. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification — a standard security step. Most withdrawals settle within one business day after verification.

We do not charge deposit or withdrawal fees. Any costs associated with bank transfers are set by your bank and are your responsibility.

Bonus Terms

We are not liable for losses arising from your misuse of your account, internet connectivity problems, device malfunction, or third-party payment processor errors. We are liable for losses directly caused by rasa's technical malfunction or fraud on our part, up to the amount of your account balance at the time of the incident.

These terms are governed by Indonesian law. Any disputes are resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If negotiation fails, disputes are submitted to mediation. We do not accept arbitration or class-action claims.

Changes to These Terms
